Welcome Domenico (Mick) Cacciola
joined the Queensland Police in 1966 rising to the rank of Detective Sergeant
before retiring in 2001.During his
career in the police, Mick was personally involved in some of the states most notorious
criminal cases. Which included murder investigations, Quantas Extortion and the Baby Food Extortion.
Today Mick operates a
successful investigation agency and is currently enjoying notaritiety as an
acclaimed writer.His book “The Second
Father” published by Penguin Books, is an intriguing tale of cops, crime and corruption. It is set in some of the darkest times in the histroy of Queensland Policing.
